Frequently Asked Questions

Can I choose my pitch?
Do not hesitate to let us know your needs (riverside, sunny, shaded, etc.) We will help you choose the most suitable pitches.

Is there a deposit to pay for accommodation?
You have to deposit a check of 250 euros (including accommodation and the barrier badge) and a check of 50 euros for cleaning. These checks will not be cashed and will be returned to you on your departure unless damage is noted or cleaning is not done.

Are the camping pitches connected to electricity?
All the pitches are connected to electricity. Remember to have a European adapter.

Do you rent camping tents?
Yes of course, do not hesitate to contact reception for more information.

Can I park my vehicle on my camping pitch?
Yes, one vehicle per pitch is allowed. A second vehicle can be parked free of charge in the car park at the entrance to the campsite.

Can I arrive after the campsite reception has closed?
A reception agent is present at the entrance of the campsite after the closing of the reception in order to welcome you. You can enter your vehicle in the campsite until 10 p.m. Please let us know that you will be arriving late when making your reservation.

Is there a launderette?
Yes, we have washing machines. You can get tokens on sale at reception.

I have a motorhome, can I empty it without spending a night?
It is possible to drain your wastewater on the campsite at a flat rate.

Are animals allowed?
Animals are welcome. Only one dog per pitch is accepted, must be kept on a leash and with a vaccination record.

How many people can settle on a camping pitch?
A maximum of six people are allowed per pitch.

At what time can we settle on the site?
Pitches are available from 1 p.m. If you wish, you can arrive earlier to take advantage of the aquatic area and the campsite's equipment.

At what time do we have to vacate the location?
Pitches must be vacated at 12 noon maximum. As on the day of your arrival, you can enjoy the aquatic area the day of your departure.

Are barbecues allowed on the pitches?
For fire safety reasons, only electric or gas barbecues are authorized on the pitches. Collective barbecue areas are available on the campsite. Grids are on loan at reception.

What is the amount of the deposit in a mobile home?
You are asked for two deposits when you arrive at the campsite: €300 for the mobile home equipment and €100 for end-of-stay cleaning. These guarantees can be deposited by check or credit card imprint.

At what time can we have our accommodation?
Mobile homes are available from 5 p.m. If you wish, you can arrive earlier to take advantage of the aquatic area and the campsite equipment.

At what time do we have to vacate the accommodation?
Rentals must be vacated by 10 a.m. maximum. As on the day of your arrival, you can enjoy the aquatic area the day of your departure.

Is there air conditioning in the mobile homes?
Mobile homes in the Premium and Prestige ranges are equipped with them.

Is there television in the mobile homes?
Yes, except for PACIFIC, ATLANTIC and RIVAGE mobile homes.

Is bed linen provided in the mobile homes?
Duvets and pillows are provided in all rentals. Sheets and pillowcases are included in Premium and Prestige range mobile homes. For mobile homes from other ranges, we offer them for rental.

Are towels provided in the mobile homes?
Towels and bath mats are included in Prestige range mobile homes. For mobile homes from other ranges, we offer them for rental.

Can we install a tent on the plot of the mobile home?
It is possible to pitch a tent next to some mobile homes but you cannot exceed the total capacity of the mobile home.
For example: the PACIFIC mobile home has a maximum capacity of 4 people. You can be 3 people in the mobile home and 1 person in the tent. You cannot be 4 people in the mobile home and 1 person in the tent.
